I recently cleaned my tank and filter When I cleaned the filter I changed pads and scraped the algae off the out flow part, and washed it out in the tub. Now my prob is I think I killed too much bacteria while doing so. In the last two days I noticed my water is a little cloudy, so I tested my water perameters are as follows.

Amonia 0.25
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0

Well I think I started a mini cycle and I also added 5 more corals right before I cleaned the filter. So my question is what should I do? Let it mini cycle, change some water, or ????? All together in the 30 gal reef I have 1 small perc, 1 large damsel, about 10 hermits and sails 6 different typs of corals all easy to care for. They are a small ricordia, 4 small tongs shrooms, a large rock full of gsp, 3 golf ball size pompom xenia, 1 small frilly shroom and 2 kenya trees. I also have a urchin and star. The tank has been set up for 6 months with no real problems. So what should I do? Thanks for your responses in advance.

I have about 15lbs live rock and 15 base I added not to long ago. All the corals look fine except the xenia it took 2 hours after lights on to fully open and now it looks good but not as good as it did when I first added it.

Ok I just looked at the xenia again and its fully open erect and brillent color also pulsing looks very good now it might have just been getting used to the lights on. So all the corals look great.

i would at least do a 20% water change. I try to do my water changes anytime i do major cleaning in my tank.
