What should I feed my corals?

Hello,

I have a handful of softies and shrooms in my tank. They all seem to be doing just fine, growing and/or multiplying. I have never specifically fed my corals, shrooms, or GSP. I have a toadstool, some finger leathers, a colt, and lots of different shrooms.

Again they are all doing fine, but I wouldn't mind seeing some more growth. How should I go about feeding these guys? Not only what food, but how should I do it (ie pumps off, target feeding, etc.)

Thanks in advance,
Alex

1. Phytoplankton, which is microscopic marine algae
2. Zooplankton, which consists of microscopic and very small crustacenas
3. Marine snow, which is a mixture of microscopic bio-sedimentation, zooplankton, and phytoplankton
4. Live foods, such as crushed mysis shrimp
