Ok so 4 months into our tank and things are going pretty good. After an upgrade to better lighting we've ventured into some slightly more difficult corals. We recently picked up a green pagoda cup coral and an alveopora. My wife orriginaly fell in love with a goniopora but after doing some research and discovering its dificulty we opted for the slightly easier alvepora. The cup coral should be pretty easy to maintain but the alveopora seems to be the more difficult chalenge. From what I've read they tend to starve to death due to impropper feeding. I've placed it on the bottom of the tank in a low light low flow area. I'm just not sure what to feed. Has anyone had success with alveopora and if so what do you feed? I'm also wondering what to feed the cup coral. Phytoplankton or brine shrimp for both? Thanks.
