Most people run a split level day vs night. I don't run ozone, so I can't give any real numbers, but I'd watch the levels for a few days and just program the ozone for what I saw. The lighting, equipment, ... forum might be a better place to ask this question.
In the all things salty forum there is a very good thread rezone stuck to the top. It would depend on the size of your tank and the current ORP level. 350 ORP is a good level to shoot for but don't let it get over 400.
