size doesn't matter so much with your setup. Any small reactor will suffice. I would go with a dual chamber to help raise ph before it returns to your tank.

Get an aquariumplants.com electronic regulator. It is the best one out there.

The bigger you go generally all it means is you don't have to replace media as often. I'm not sure of any companies that offer reactors that would be too small.
