What size Protein Skimmer?

I am setting up a 180gallon reef tank and I not sure what size of in sump protein skimmer to purchase. I am thinking about purchasing a EuroReef or Deltec skimmer. What are your thoughts?

For a Deltec you can go anywhere from an apf600 to an AP702. Depends on where you fall on the overskimming spectrum.

Similarly for an ER there is really more of a don't go smaller than choice (as designated in their new nomenclature) and bigger is better depending on your overskimming philosophy and budgetary and space restrictions.
