What size QT tank? and other details...

okay, i have a 20 gallon nano tank... and i need to set up a quarantine/hospital tank. What size should i go with?? Also.. should there be lights on this tank? I read that when treating for ich, its not good to run lights. But will this cause my fish to lose their color? Also... what kind of filtration? will a small penguin filter be enough for say, one clown in a 10 gallon? Do i put live sand in there, crushed coral, or just the water and the treating fish? Thanks for helping keep my buddies alive and lookin good

10 gallon will be fine for the clown,keep the qt bare bottom with a couple of pvc 2" tees i use a whisper hob filter for filtration, remember you need to cycle the tank, i think penguin has a bio wheel, so you need to get that going, maybe take water from your 20 and put it in the 10, the lights its up to you but i run lights on my qt to also to get a better view of the fish
