What size QT tank?

I need to setup a QT tank. I have an Atlantic Blue Tang that is coming down with ICH. He is 3-4" long. Will a 10 gallon be large enough to house him while he gets over the ICH and the treatment?

10 gallon would be too small. I would go with a 30 gallon or ( 20 gallon long at the minimum. )

20 gallon minimum

you can easily overheat a 10gallon with a stuck on heater
a stuck-on 25 watt heater keeps my 20gallon around 80 if i keep part of the canopy open

10gallon may be have too much fluctuations in temp and salinity
