what size return pump for a megaflow system

hey i have a 95 g tank and i have a mega flow model 3 sump (heres the sump if you dont know http://www.drsfostersmith.com/Product/Prod_Display.cfm?pcatid=13648&N=2004+22778
i want to know what size return pump i should have for this

I have a mag 9.5 and have it dialed down a bit with a ball valve, loud and obnoxious pump that mag is.

I second the 1250 or if you want extra flow for a fuge maybe a 1260.
