what size return pump

I have a 125 with a AMS G2 protein skimmer. I have a 38gal sump. What size return pump would I need?

Need to match the return to the overflow if you are using an overflow box, if using a predrilled tank just need to keep it below the max threshold. What method are you using to get water from the tank to sump? I like to turn the tank over somewhere around 4-6 times an hour myself though can be more if desired.
