What size starboard for 120 gallon?

Just wondering if anyone could tell me what size the starboard should be cut to fit in a standard 120. So I dont end up having to much space in between etc. What thickness also.

Thickness should be 3/4" to prevent warping. The size depends on your tank.

A 120 has a footprint of 48"x24". I think you want to cut it so it doesn't sit up on the silicone inside, so just measure your footprint inside the tank from the inner-edges of the silicone and you should be fine. You may have to get it cut in half if you have a big centerbrace.
