What stream for a 5' FOWLR tank?

Hello, I have a 125 "high" (60"x18"x24") FOWLR tank. It has a center overflow with 2 loc-line returns - one points to the right, one to the left. To say the least the water flow using just my return pump is weak. Detritus tends to settle everywhere. There is one pile of LR on the left, and one pile on the right. Which stream(s) and controllers would you suggest? I like the idea of being able to turn them down at night. I am hoping to keep detritus suspended long enough to reach the filter. My tank is acyrlic so it looks like magnets are the way to go. Luckily, my LFS has everything in stock. Thank you.

I would get a pair of 6000's and a 7095 controller. You would need the magnet holders, 6080.50 for 1/2" material and 6200.50 for 3/4".
