What temp should a 6 gallon tank be with a clown inside??

Is this BiggySmalls in disguise? I would keep the temperature at around 40 degrees Fahrenheit. That way, the clown does not have to suffer any more.

EDIT: I know, I know I'm being too radical. But seriously, you shouldn't have put a clown in a 6g. You need to get a bigger tank or sell the clown.
