Whats the different between I thought this is Cynarina deshayesiana & Acanthophyllia deshayesiana

Cynarina deshayesiana was reclassified to Acanthophyllia. Nothing crazy.

Cynarin and acanthophyllia are the same especies but with genetic variations. In fact they are what would call a species group because they can reproduce and create new hybrids that will be more or less successful depending on the environmental conditions. It is really something exciting to see how nature can modify the form and characteristics of the especies,
