What the heck is this?

So recently I found my blue tang with Ich along with my royal gramma and a little on my yellow tang. I quarantined all of them and so far, the only fish I have left in my display tang is my false percula, yellow watchman, and scooter blenny. None of them show signs of ich.

Recently I've been noticing some weird white starfish look-a-like things on the side of my glass. I was wondering if anyone know what these creatures are and if they're the Ich cysts.... On the third pic, that's the tip of my index finger for size comparison.

Likely Hydroids, posssibly a sessile stage of a jellyfish. Unrelated to the ich outbreak.
Both can be troublesome to other, more ornamental invertebrates due to their ability to sting, though I don't think they pose a problem for fish unless present in plague proportions.
