Between running GFO and using Rod's Food, I think I'm the only person who has never had a phosphate problem in my tank. I'm thinking of taking the chaeto out of my fuge and seeing if I can move some frags down there from the very ugly eggcrate attached to the side of my tank.
Right now I have a 2x18w PC light fixture over the fuge with 2 6700bulbs. It sits on the tank, so would be about 6" above the frags. Is that enough light to grow anything? I'm hoping to move at least the zoas down there.
There really isn't enough room for more lights and the sump is only 12" wide so I'm not even sure I can get a stronger light source for it.
