what to feed a rbta

I just picked up a rbta. What is the best food to feed these?

I just squirt some of the frozen that I'm feed my fish (rod's food, mysis shrimp, plankton, etc...) I've also fed large krill to both my GBTA and RBTA.

Just make sure you do not feed it stuff bigger then its mouth.. since it can tear it

Would raw shrimp from the grocery store be ok.

Yes, raw shrimp from the seafood dept. is fine. Preferably this is unprocessed and directly from the ocean (or farm).

How often does it need to be fed. It's probably about 8 inches round under a 250 watt mh

I stopped feeding mine after it got established but once to twice a week should be fine
