what to feed lps

I have a 46 gallon tank with a frogspawn, candy cane, flower pot and some polyps and a few other softies, got a couple of croceas in there too. I would like to take the low maintainence aproach to things. Is there a type of food you can put in the tank that will keep all these guys happy at the same time? I would like to stay away from target feeding, put some food in the tank, let them all chow down, and what they don't want, the skimmer can have. I don't have a lot of time during the week, and do most of my tank maintanence on the weekends. I like to automate or simplify things when I can.

your frogspawn, candy canes, and softies will likely be ok without feedings at all, assuming you've got plenty of light and all else is in check. flower pots (assuming goniapora) can be quite temperamental and could require target feeding. Someone else will surely know much more than I, but you'll get growth out of the rest w/out feedings (or should). How big are the clams?
