What To Feed My New Carpet?

Hi,

I just got a red carpet anenome..gorrrrgeous!
Two black baby percs hosting .....
It is about 6-8" in diameter.....


I have a few ideas of what to feed etc but want to
compare notes....

Please advise what YOU recommend I feed and how often.
If anyone wants to see a pick send me your email as I can't
figure out how to get a pic on this board nor do I have time/patience for the complication of it.....sorry......

I feed my Green Haddon shrimp, silversides, oyster, and scallops. I usually mix it up on which of those I feed it. The feeding schedule I have right now is once every two/three days.
