Just bought an Odyssea 15 gallon tank, self inclusive you know, the filter and all included completly enclosed, I added one 15 pound bag of live sand, and 7lbs of live rock i figure after all of that I have about 12 gallons of water left to fill, what are some good fish to keep and other items as well like shrimp, corals, anemones, crabs whatever what are good to keep. How much can I hold in this tank, I am looking for a good mixture of fish, and some corals that are easy, so any help would be much appreciated.

After your tests stabilize and your nitrate levels are low, I would add detrivores and start a light cycle of about 5-6 hours a day. If you see algae bloom, cut back. If after two weeks, you aren't getting algae blooms and your nitrates have reached zero and all other params are staying stable, I would add an easy coral (shrooms maybe) and maybe a fish and increase light 1 hour per week up to 8-9 hours/day. With only 7lbs of live rock, your biological capacity will not be large, so you need to consider that and choose wisely. Always add, wait and test before considering more inhabitants.

If you look at a reef tank with the eye of "how much can I hold in this tank?" you will probably not do as well as if you take the stance of "what creatures will not disturb the chemical/biological balance of my tank?"
