What to put in refuge?

Ok just added a refugium to my tank what do I put in it?

Most people like cheato as the macro of choice because it grows fast and doesn't go sexual. I don't have any to spare as I just upped my fuge to a lot bigger one but lots of people on here have it to give away to get you started.

I've got Chaeto and several species of Caulerpa. I run lights 24/7, so there is little to no concern for it going sexual. I've also got a mud bed in my fuge (Southdown is pretty close to mud).
