What to stock in 12 gallon aquapod?

Hi all. I'm thinking about what I want to stock my 12 gallon aquapod with. I don't mean to sound picky, but I only want one fish as the tank is to be predominantly corals and I'd rather keep away from over stocking and excess nutrients from feeding. Because I plan on having sps corals I have a good bit of water flow going on. I'm not sure what the return pump is rated at, but I have a maxi-jet 400 with an eco-mod which states that it can boost the flow of a maxi-jet by up to 10 times, so there could possibly be about 1000gph max of water flow...according the manufacturer. Either way, it really moves the water (it's within the rockwork so it's not direct flow, but there are strong random currents; I'm also working on possibly controlling the powerhead so the flow isn't so constant). I'm also using LED's which are pretty bright over this little tank.

Essentially what I'm looking for is a reef fish that can withstand the water flow, and bright lighting without being stressed out. I don't want the little guy to die from exhaustion . I'd really like the fish to be tank-bred, but it's not like I'm dead set on that idea and am open to other suggestions. Also, no clownfish :)

A fish that I like, and currently have in stock where I work, is a tank bred Yellow Assessor. From my research on the fish I understand that they can be shy and hide a lot. But the one we have at work is very bold, eats like a champ, and loves to swim upside down. I'm just worried that this fish that usually hangs out in caves/overhangs could be stressed by the bright lighting and strong current. I have also read that they max out at about 3", and if it's by itself I would think he'd be fine in a 12 gallon aquapod, but let me know if you think otherwise.

I've considered shrimp gobies, but worry that the flow would be too much and that they'd hide in their burrows and rarely do more than poke their head out.

The last fish that I've been looking at were pseudochromis like the Sunrise dottybacks and such.

Again, sorry to be picky, but when you're only stocking one fish, you'd like it to be the perfect fit for yourself and your tank. Lemme know what you think, or if you can think of something else. Also, the yellow assessor (priced at $60) is pretty much my spending range.

Thanks

I think that the assessor would do fine if you have at least one overhang. I think most of the pseudochromis would be excellent. I do not think that a shrimp/goby would do well because you might have too much current.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. I did set up the rock work so I have 2 caves/overhangs because I figured the fish would need a place to rest away from the current.
