what to test for ?

I am very close to buying my first sps.. the system is close to being done it cycle.. i am also dosing at night via a kalk reactor and dosing pump the make up water. my question is what are the main things i need to test for to make sure my water quality is ready for me to introduce corals.. thank you for your help!!!!!!!!!!!

Ca, Alk, Mg, NO3, ph, temp - this makes up the basic tests - just make sure your ammonia and nitrite are zero for a while before adding any sps...

And salinity. Get a refractometer if you can---the others are frequently inaccurate.

Get a small notebook and write down the date, your results and actions, every time you test, or change water [10% a week is good] or add something.
