What trace elements to add?

I have been slowly converting my Fish with Live Rock tank into a reef tank and I am not sure what Trace elemnets I need to be adding. I have a 46 gallon bow front tank. 285w VHO lighting, 50lbs of live rock. Aqua C remora Skimmer. The tank only has one fish right now, a gold stripped maroon clown. One Fire shrimp, snails and hermit crabs.

I have recently been adding some corals. Mushrooms, green star polyps, kenya tree and zoos.

I guess I am wondering what do I need to be adding to the tank besides calcium and my weekly water changes to keep everying alive happy and growing. And how often do you add these extra elements?

Thanks

You dont have to add anything, all the trace elements will be replenished with normal water changes. The only time I suggest adding anyting is if you havwe alot of demanding corals, and they are dwindling the elements down to the point of where you have to add them.
With what you have normal water changes will be more than enough.

Good husbandry with 15% weekly or 30% monthly will replace the missing trace elements. Don't add calcium by itself either. One exception to this rule may be when mixing the new saltwater, some brands need a one time bump in either ca, alk, or mag. Always add a balanced supplement after that and only from testing results. Most tanks this can be done with just limewater alone.
