What type algae is this?

Its brown. Its hairy. And its pretty much stayed localized to one, general area. Its gotten thicker, but really doesn't seem to be spreading. Definitely different than the previous brown diatomes I recently dealt with.

I took a look at that site. Good reference, but I didn't really see anything that was obvious. I'm not sure if that's Lyngbya or not.
