What type of blenny is this?

Took this pic at the LFS, have this guy in quarantine now. Anybody know what type of blenny this is and if it's reef safe? They had it in with their frags and said it didn't bother anything. They also said it was an "eyelash blenny" but that is just a catch all name. It's longer/bigger than a regular algae blenny, is a blueish color, has those horn thingies and also has a little crest on the back of it's head that it can raise a little.

The closest picture I've found to resemble it is the Ophioblennius steindachneri on this site:

but other searches under that name don't look like it, does somebody know what type of blenny this is?

Looks like a Horned Blenny (Parablennius sp.) to me

The horns on that type of blenny is different though and the size and shape of the body is different

body shape is almost dead on with "bi-color blennies" just doesn't have a yellow tail it looks like

Just buy him I have had eyelash blenny's with different color's I love blenny's cool fish they don't bother anything but algae IMHO lol

I purchased one just look just like him. does he have pink lips? bit me every time I stick my hands in the tank.

Yes that's probably him he does have faint stripes. Reef safe?
