What type of fish is this?

I found this fish in this video and it is amazing! but I have no clue what kind it is.
Scroll to 4:52 in the video. It is a bright blue fish with a bright red tail. Also enjoy the video. It is pretty awesome.

Definitely a Damsel, looks like a Blue Devil, Chrysiptera cyanea. Color is a bit off, but that could be the video.
