Looks like a McCoskers to me it has one dorsal pennant. But I believe Dr. Tanaka will verify better then I.

I will go with mccoskeri also, based on the the single dorsal spine though the tail looks a little carpenteri - these rotters interbreed all the time, which often makes indentification difficult. I agree with Bubba and I will go along with Dr Tanaka's identification
