what type of salts do you use?

As stated above everyone is going to have their go to salt. I have seen alot of awesome sps tanks and all of them all use different salts red sea cp, reef crystals, nsw, kz. Reason I like TM pro and bioactif is how easy it mixes and all the trace elements. Since using it I don't have to dose alk and cal as much just really mag to keep everything in check.

^ Yep. I really like TM Pro. I have never tired the new Bio stuff. With the way Pro Reef performed for me I dont think I will. As I said before I have used many salts but not all of them. Right now I am trying H2Ocean and so far I like it. I would still be using Pro Reef if I could find it locally and for under $100. I have used IO, RC, Coralife, IO/Oceanic mix, Pro Reef, HW Marine Mix Professional, HW Reefer and H2Ocean. The best IMO out of these is 1 Pro Reef 2 H2Ocean 3 HW Reefer and 4 RC when it is not a bad batch.

alright thanks guys, i think once i use up the normal tm i will move onto pro reef, it sounds like it works well, thanks for the replies

I've used Reef Crystals for over 6 years now and have no complaints. I've got a 90% acro tank.

I ran IO for many years but the dosing upkeep was pain. It was always consistent but consistently low on Ca and Mg. I've ran Reef Crystals exclusively on my most recent tank and I'm happy.
