What type of Tank Lights would be BEST?

Being that these little creatures can scoot about in the ocean to where ever they want- When most novices have them they are in a more shallow environment. What type of lighting would be best for them? I am prepared to move my H. Erecti to a little more spacious quarters- 29g tank. They do not have any substrate now but I plan to give them some so I can plant some real plants in there so I know I will need at least some type of lighting beyond fluorecent.

When I had my 29g SH tank going I was using one 55wt power compact light for the tank and was growing caulerpa prolifera very well at the substrate. I think you could use either powercompact or T5s.

This bulb will work for a 29g if all you are looking to do is grow macro algaes. Very cool burning, very little energy, nice spectrum color.
