What UV Light is this?

I recently acquired this UV light in another purchase, but I cannot figure out who made it...It doesn't look like any UV light I've ever seen before. The previous owner didn't have a clue either.

Does anyone know what make and model this thing might be?

Asm, not sure of model. 25w maybe, I had the 40 and it looked a little larger.

Also, who is ASM? I did a quick google search a second ago and nothing showed up that looked like this one. Is it an old model that has been discontinued or something?

It's a ASM brand uv Sterlizer. Looking at the size it might be a 8watt. Open the box attached to it. It might have some specs on the cover
