I also heard that Zeo's sponge power has good effects on the growth of zoos. Heard it from an owner of a LFS (who was not selling it) that keeps very high end zoos. He also added if you have aipstatia it will also make them grow as well.

I feed and dose about an hour or so before lights out. I will dose oyster eggs (more for SPS) after lights out.

I agree on feeding inverts an hour before lights out. That way we can feed diurnal and nocturnal animals. We should remember to make sure the water circulation is mild also and the skimmer could be out for some time, while feeding.
