What worm is this?

Ok, so I bought some frags from someone in NJ, and not on this thread...well luckily since I've been having so many problems with pests lately, I decided to inspect them really well before adding to my tank...I found these worms after doing a freshwater dip hopefully someone on here can let me know what it is and if it is harmful or not...I've never seen anything like this before.

I only noticed them cause after the freshwater dip i put out on egg crate and noticed slime coming from the bottom of the rock it came in.

They're harmless cirratulids or hair worms. They feed on detritus.

Glad I saw this thread. I was wondering what those were too. I've got them in my tank. Sometimes they even crawl on the glass.

what about the big brown one with the red coming out of its mouth? i think i saw something like that coming out of my rock last night, but as soon as i shone my flashlight on it, it shrunk back into it's hole =/
