What would everybody like too see at Frag swap in Jan/Feb in Rochester???

I have a location lined up. It's a 1200 sq ft empty storefront in a shopping plaza in Irondequoit with cement floors.

I can help with set up and tear down, but I can't handle all the logistics myself. If Jason needs to step down, I'll need some more volunteers to help me. Jon (cali) and Kien, PM me if you read this and still want to help.

Right now, tables, extension chords and other items are needed. Feb 7th is still looking good for me as Sundays are my only days off.
 
I should be able to give a hand. I have a few heavy duty extension cords and some basic ext cords, should also be able to get a few folding tables if someone could help transport them.

This may have been pointed out already but Feb 7th is the night of the Superbowl, FYI. I just realized this myself.
 
I own a party rental business. If you need tables and chairs let me know. Obviously I can supply what you need for free. Just need a date.

Yeah, that does throw a kink in the plan a bit. Our original agenda was for a much shorter event than some of the past ones. Maybe if we do 10am-2pm or so, we won't lose as many due to the game.

Tentboy ~ Tables and chairs would be great. If we have people set up 2 or 4 frag tanks per table, do you have some tables that could hold 400-800lbs of water and tanks?

I'll post the location as soon as I clear it with Jason and Kien.

Well that sure stinks. I planned on coming all the way out for quite a few things. But that put a whole damper on things. Have a get together planned for the Superbowl. Do I hear votes for Saturday :bigeyes:
 
Too much weight. They would be the typical plywood rental tables. Over the legs could hold more than in the middle. 6' probably work best. I'm thinking you would need to get that weight down to 200-300lbs.

IMO, lets move the date a few weeks later (on a Sunday). It's going to be way too crazy on Super Bowl Sunday to try and arrange a swap, not to mention I refuse to wake up at 8am. :lmao:

I'm all for moving it out till a later Sunday. I would really like to attend, you Rochester guys have some nice frags :)
 
In the interest of bringing in as many people as possible, I think we'll be pushing the swap back until at least after Valentine's weekend.
