What would you do?

OK here is the situation. I payed for a skimmer from a person on another board on the 19th.I have not received it yet and have not been able to get a response from this person on any of my e-mails or PM's since he said he shows receiving the payment on the 19th.Should I be concerned?Should I start getting things together to report it to pay-pal? How long should I give it to get here? How long until I am out the $90.

I`m not sure this is posted in the correct forum so hopefully the mods will move it to the correct one......


I would report it to Paypal now to get them notified. Be warned though that Paypal will pretty much tell you too bad since it was bought outside of Ebay. You still have a little advantage in that you have not been shipped anything yet and they will contact seller one time.

12 days would be a long time to ship something so I would make a post on the other board about it to get it out in the open,
Has the person been on the board since you paid them?

I don't think the person has been active since,but it is not like this board where you can stock someone if you need to. I will contact pay-pal and see what they have to say about it. i am going to post on the board to see if anyone else has had any experience with the person.

Did you pay with a credit card? If so, you can also do a chargeback though your bank.
