whats best lighting for Blastos

Well I got that Joker blastos on tues. It seems with my lights on they kinda receed alot, but when I get home from work everyday since the lights are off they are all nice and plump and fluffy looking. Do they prefer low light. I have a 15g with a 150w 20k bulb

A 15 gallon with a 150w halide is a lot of light. I'm not sure where exactly you placed them in your tank relative to your lighting. The Blastos are definitely going to need to be placed in a more shaded area, or low to moderate flow (more towards low). During the day they should look nice and puffy. HTH

HOLY CRAP!!! A 15 gal with 150 W MH? Thats hella light bro! AWESOME! (as long as your not cooking everything - LOL)

I keep my blastos in indirect light, fully shaded for the most part. They are definently a low-light coral IME, everytime I try to move them into even remotely direct light, shrivel, shrivel, shrivel down they go. Not a fan of light in general, let alone bright light.

no everything is good now..the blastos dont receed anymore..guess they had to get adjusted. Everything else in my tank is growing like a weed and has good color
