Whats destroying my trigger's fins?

i have a blue throught trigger and somethings nipping his fins. could it be the coral banded shrimp? hes the only fish that this is happening too. i cant see any fish being aggressive toward him so this makes me think its not a fish.?/? please help....

I have a blue throat trigger too, and I have actually seen my asfur angel grab a hold of the trigger's tail for a good 2-3 seconds (the trigger is trying to swim forward, but the angel has his fins out pulling him back)... and the result is no damage.

Always thought their tail fin was more dense after witnessing that incident (unlike say a tang's tail)
