What's goin on with my order??

I emailed you people 3 times already without any answer. I ordered a precision marine kalkwasser reactor from you last tuesday, received a "confirmation order" email and that was it. I don't have my reactor yet, neither I have an answer from you about it's shipping date, or if it was even shipped at all. Please let me know what's going on.

I hope you got a good answer, I'd hate to think all the good things I've said about this company have been wiped out. I doubt it though.
