What's happening to my ORA Miami orchid?

Seems like the coralites exploded. There is a little bit of recession. Is it feeding? Should I be worried? What can cause this. Thanks for any help

it looks like something is eating the polyps to me maybe a crab

Do you have any shrimp? I recently witnessed my Sexy Shrimp feasting on a purple stylo and a hyancinth birds nest.... birds nest doing okay since moving it, stylo RIP.

No shrimp in the tank. Trochus snails blue legs and Scarlets.
