What's killing my coral?

I need some help identifying what is causing the deterioration of the flesh on this coral? I don't have any coral eaters in the tank. Think Italy have something to do with my use of a phosban reactor for the past month?

Any ideas? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Looks like a sedimentation issue from the photo...really hard to tell...can you take a photo without so much blue?
