It looks like an Ecsenius species for sure. Judging by the tail color, you may have bought a "flametail" blenny. Thing is, I haven't seen one with such a dark body before. That's the closest match I can come up with, though.
Flametail blennies haven't been described yet as far as I know.
If his body is dark and dorsal fin and tail are yellow, it could be Ecsenius lividanalis. If the anterior body is orange/yellow it could be Ecsenius bicolor. Or possibly what Amphiprion posted too. A better picture will help.
The blenny in the picture lacks the cirrhi above the eyes--a trait the Ecsenius do not share. The mouth structure looks totally different, IMO, from any of the Ecsenius sp.
