The borbonius eats...but does go see the cleaner shrimps quite often...also sometimes hangs vertically nose down under pwr head as if exercising on a thread mill..other than that acts normal....is in a 90g reef with hippo, 2 clowns, 6-line, pajama cardinal, and 3 bta. The borbonius has been in tank for 2 months.

Your first picture doesn't show up at that link. The pockmarks on the fish's head in the second picture looks like head and lateral line erosion (sometimes called HLLE). I'm not an expert in that, so you're probably better off googling that term to see if you can diagnose it. You might want to post this over in the fish disease board, too.

The first link is how the borbonius looks today.....pock marks are more like blisters...
The second link was a month ago...the pock marks as you call them, are raise and white.

If it is hlle what can i do....already took out carbon one month ago...but still running gfo (ROWA).

TBH would need a close up of the affected region.

Meanwhile, try googling images of viral Lymphocystis and see if that resembles what your fish has. Keep in mind there are a few variations of this condition too - sometimes it can look like small blisters.

HTH and good luck!
