What's on the side of my Emperor?

I've had this emperor for about a month now. Had some ich which was treated with CP for about 22 days. The tank burst and I moved him into a new tank and have now noticed a lesion on its side. It looks to be about the size and shape of a feeding pellet. It's entirely possible the fish has had this for a longer time, but I haven't noticed it due to lights out during CP treatment. The fish is acting completely normal and is my best eater. I have attached two pictures. Please help me with diagnosis and treatment options. Thank you

Did the fish have Ich when you got it? How did you obtain it, LFS or online? Do you know if the fish was housed with any chromis?
The abrasion could be anything from pathological to environmental. And given you don't know how long he had it I would watch it and be prepared to treat if it gets bigger. Have some antibiotics on hand. In the meantime keep the water very clean and feed vitamin enriched food.

Fish was obtained through the lfs who had it for a few weeks, not too sure if chromis were in the system. The fish had pale white spots all over its body and some ich spots about a week into owning it. I treated with CP, which it responded to very well. The skin looks healthy and deeply colored now despite that spot. No other fish seem to be affected.

I'm getting a bit of ammonia now and I'm sure the livestock has been a little stressed because of the tank burst. What antibiotics should I have on hand?

This happent to my scribble box fish a few years ago but now there are no blemishes and is completly fine.

The redness is right around the bottom of the mouth. Looks to have cleared up actually. More worried about eye cloudiness at this point.
