what's par do i need for SPS on LED??

i have my SPS on 180 par on top and 110 par on sand bed..

They might survive at those levels. Depends on a lot things. The type of SPS, what LEDs you have, what meter you used and several other variables.

I don't think you would be able to have much luck with acros, but birdsnests and montis might be another story

i use 4 fixture of 45W (3Wx15Led) each run at 700mA
