I say NO to a bi-color blenny... they get territorial and will fin nip as well... even your hand at times... if you really want a bold friendly blenny that will provide janitorial services to your tank I suggest a Algae Blenny...

For wrasses 6lines if introduced to the tank as one of the first residents will quickly become territorial and will bully incoming fish.. although quite helpfull in aiding removal of pests, 6lines are notorious for taking down fish 3 times their size. they took down bigger wrasses in my tank... if you really want a wrasse I'd go with most fairy wrasse, flasher wrasse, leopards ( needs more experience handlers ), filament wrasses etc....

when you come over we can talk reef...

Sounds cool, are bi-colors really that bad? Would it nip my CB, clownfish or the hawk who stays on the powerhead? Today was the first time I went to Ultimate aquarium and wow its alot nicer than oceans fs and divisadaros. I wonder would blennies get swallowed by my tube anemone? Hmm what are some hardy out and friendly wrasse? I got a coriss and I didnt like him since he hid night and day and barely comes out. Looking for pretty small 2inches max. Hmm 6line wow everyone is making them seem like a mean killing machine eg clown trigger. Wonder if it can mess with a baby trigger? If anyone wants their 6line wrasse gone I know someone who loves them and would be gladly free you of it.Thanks for the advice everyone. Hey Charles I'll see you on Monday. So what time you available? I am available from 10Am-5Pm Pm me and let me know. Oh one last thing I remember reading somewhere about wrasses having a disease that caused them to float near the surface and somehow die.

I can tell you, it depends on the fish, my six line was the first fish on my tank ( I got it for flat worm control) and now I have 14 fishes, and all she has killed was another six line i added, actually, the original six line, jumped out, so this is about fish number #8...

I have 6 Chromis, 3 false peculas, 1 sailfin tang, 1 cleaner wrasse, 1 blue hippo tang, 1 royal gramma & 1 six line, i always get a six line about $10-15 depending adn they always do good on my tanks

Alright, I'll drop you a line on Monday.Hmm since the sixline is not a good choice how about a disappearing wrasse? And how much do these go far? These look pretty cool. I hope UA has them, if not do they do requests?
