whats the diff. between sound and warning?

whats the diff. between sound alarm and warning alarm? and... when would you use one vs. another? perhaps people can chime in and give me some examples of when to use vs. the other... Thanks

They are just two independent alarms. You can assign different conditions and tones to each one. I use one for low importance or early warning conditions. I use the second one for critical conditions.

Are they independent and can you set them for different tones? I now have the latest firmware 4.05_4B11 and whatever I change the Alarm sound to will be the same for both SndAlm and SndWrn.

They don't appear to be independent as far as the sounds they can make.

Yes, they should be independent; try using the display to set the sound; it could be a bug in the web page.

Thanks Ken. I'll give it a shot. I hardly pick up the display unit any more, but worth a try.

Note if it is a bug on the webpage I don't believe it to be in the misc.sht. The names for the elements appear to be different. I don't know what goes on outside the sht file though.

I checked locally here and the webpage appears to work correctly so I'm curious to see what you have to report.
