whats the difference

Ive noticed with the perculas. that some are dark orange and some are light orange.. i'm assuming the dark are wild and the light are tank raised? Am i correct?

Not always. I've seen tank raised brilliant orange ones, and wild caught dull ones. Same thing with ocellaris, I've seen wild caught ones almost a dull brown looking, and captive born brilliant ones. A lot depends on diet, water quality genetics IMHO.
