There are a few deep water, temperate and artic pygmy species tht probably live longer than a couple of years, but I don't know of any tropical or semi-tropical species that live longer than a year. Iteroparous species like O. chierchiae might push that a bit and I have kept Giant Pacific Striped octopus (not really a pygmy) for almost two years.
