Whats the name of that movie....

A friend of mine at work is into free diving and I was telling him about a movie I saw (its probably been about 10yrs ago now) about an italian guy (I think) that was a competition free diver and I thought the movie was called "Deep Blue" or "Into The Blue" or Big Blue or something like that... What was the name?

Do any of you remember seeing that movie? It was pretty interesting..

Into the Blue was that movie about the divers who find a sunken boat with a bunch of treasure..

I don't think thats it.. This movie was about free diving competition and it is atleast 10 years old...

There's an IMAX movie about freediving called "Ocean Men: Extreme Dive", but it's not that old.

Free diving is an amazing sport. And you get nervious just snorkeling on the surface .

A world renound free diver Audrey Mestre died a few years ago attempting a record. Happened down in the Carribean I think.

The Big Blue! I saw that when I was a little kid and was fascinated. To this day I still have the line, "Here comes the little Frenchman" in my head.

I need to watch that again...
