Looks like zeroes all across the board to me.
That API ammonia test never really looks really-and-truly yellow (like the nitrate test) when it's at zero... in my opinion. The color you have there for the ammonia looks like my established tank, so it's zero in my book!
Sucks to be color blind with these tests.

A little more on the tank:
Been up and running for about 3.5 weeks now.
Bare bottom
10 pounds rubble in sump
7 pounds cured LR in the display
Was cloudy till last night when I got home (Algae bloom, one can assume)
Skimmer has been running since day one
Noticeable pods on glass started 3 days ago
Been ghost feeding since day 1
No green algae just yet, but there is film on the back glass that I am letting go naturally.
